SRWs are built in dynamic environments. Wind, rain, snow, runoff and groundwater – all will affect the wall’s structural integrity if not dealt with effectively. This course will cover how to integrate the right measures to prevent the slow and gradual degradation of your project over time as caused by erosion. Topics include scenarios when erosion is a concern, where erosion and sediment control measures should be applied and what materials to use. Also addressed is the impact on clients of preventative measures to address long-term damage.
